Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they contain important information. If you intend to purchase from our site, we recommend that you print a copy of these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove, without notice, any information on this site as necessary.
By entering onlinemagz.com and purchasing goods from us, you declare that you are 18 years of age or above, or that you are of a legal age to view or possess such material in your country of residence. If it becomes evident that you are not legally entitled to view or possess such material, we reserve the right to refuse your order.
All goods displayed on our site are show either “in stock” or “out of stock”
In the unlikely event that “in stock” goods you have ordered are not available, we will inform you as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to dispatch your order within the timescale provided on our “Delivery Information” page.
In the event of supply difficulties with any items, we will contact you immediately and outline the options available to you.
Price and Payment
All prices displayed do not contain any Postage & Packaging charges. If you order more than one Print magazine, our system will automatically calculate the new P&P.
Payment of the total purchase price must be made in full and cleared before dispatch of the goods.
Please note: Due to the high volume of chargeback claims from PayPal, we only accept payments from Verified PayPal accounts. If your payment comes from an Unverified account or the Shipping address is different from the Payment source, we will cancel the order and blacklist the IP / email address from further purchases.
For your discretion, your credit / debit card will be charged in the name of our parent company: EIS Media. No adult affiliation will appear on your Card Statement.
All print magazines come in a cellophane sealed bag and we ask that you inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and to notify us within 7 days of delivery if the goods are damaged.
Where a claim of defect or damage is made then it shall be your responsibility to return any faulty goods to us, and you shall be entitled to either replacement goods or a full refund (including delivery costs, if applicable) plus any return postal charges, only if the goods are, in fact, confirmed as defective.
Unless the goods are deemed to be defective, due to their personal nature, only unused / unopened goods may be returned for replacement or full refund.
Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from us on the package.
Orders can only be cancelled whilst in “Processing Order” phase. Please notify us within 24 Hours that you wish to cancel your order and we will cancel the order and fully refund you.
Once we have processed your order and provided a tracking number, we regret that we cannot cancel the order.
In the case of “delivery attempted” from courier services, it is then your responsibility to arrange collection from your local pickup point or the instructions left by the courier. Packages that are sent back to us because either:
- You no longer want your order
- Do not wish to pay any import fees
- You are unable to collect your package
Once we recieve the package(s) back, a partial refund will be given, minus a restocking fee of 20%, minus any charges incurred by customs and minus original shipping costs.
In the case of PayPal disputes, we retain all tracking numbers and courier logs to provide PayPal along with a copy of our Terms and Conditions which you agreed to when purchasing from onlinemagz.com.
