Yes. We post to all international countries except for Japan which has a restriction on importing of adult magazines.  
Your order will arrive depending on which Postage you used:

UK ADDRESSES

1st Class – Tracked
Royal Mail will aim to deliver your order the next working day including Saturdays.

2nd Class – Tracked
Royal Mail will aim to deliver your order within two to three working days including Saturdays.

1st Class – Standard
Royal Mail will aim to deliver your order the next working day including Saturdays.

2nd Class – Standard
Royal Mail will aim to deliver your order within two to three working days including Saturdays.

If your order qualified for FREE delivery or you chose FREE Delivery, we will use 2nd Class – Standard

INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES

All international packages are sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed. You can see the progess of your order by visiting https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item and entering your tracking number.

If you are having difficulty using our site or have any problems ordering, we can make the order for you:

1. You can EMail us your order to sales@onlinemagz.com and we will manually add your order into the system and email you payment request.

Please include £5.00 to cover Postage (Up to 8 Magazines)

We will dispatch your order within 1 working day of receiving your order.

If you have been given a discount code with a previous order, please ensure that the discount code has not expired.

If the discount code has not expired, please check to see if any Magazines / DVDs that are in your cart are not on sale.

Please note that Magazines from Fire Publishing (Barely 18, Hot Young Girls, TeenZ, OVER40, OVER50) are excluded from Discount Codes.

Please remove "On Sale" / Fire Publishing Magazines from your cart and the Discount code should be applied.

If your code still does not work, please Contact Us and we look into it and apply the code manually if there is an error on our side.

Yes.

We can give 50% off our prices with a minimum order of £150
We don't use bubble lined jiffy bags to send Magazines as they do not give enough protection during transit and comprimises your discretion when the jiffy bag becomes wet and tears when exposed to rain / harsh environments.

We've been in the Magazine business since 2001 (20+ years) and our experience and feedback from our customers during this time has proven that our heavy duty mailing bags lined with card is the best way to deliver your purchase safely and securely.

If your order has still not arrived after the expected time, please contact us to raise a non received claim.

Please allow 2 working days after the expected delivery date before contacting us. There could be problems with your post service in your area that is affecting delivery times.

It is very rare occurrence that the wrong Magazine or DVD will be sent.

Your order will have a packing slip which each product is checked off as it is prepared to send, then it is checked again by another staff member before it is sealed for dispatch.

That said, mistakes can still happen where a Magazine or DVD is scanned in with the wrong SKU and the wrong product will be sent.

In the event that you receive the wrong Magazine or DVD, please contact us with your order number and details of the wrong Magazine / DVD that was sent.

We will investigate and rectify the mistake promptly.
